OptiPlan monitors UK planning permission records and sends physical direct mail to homeowners on behalf of tradespeople who subscribe to the service. By using OptiPlan you agree to these terms.
You may only use OptiPlan for lawful trade promotion purposes. You must not use the service to send spam, make false claims, or contact recipients who have opted out of marketing communications.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Mailers already dispatched are non-refundable.
Homeowner contact details sourced from public planning records are used solely for the purpose of sending physical mail. We do not sell this data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
OptiPlan is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
